Never use garden hose water it will taste bad.
Adding ice will make for some happy runners!
To mix Gatorade: Add one gallon of concentrate Gatorade to cooler then add five gallons of water, the cooler has a 6 gallon mark on the inside.
To make cooler easier to carry, after you mix the concentrate fill empty Gatorade bottles and add to cooler back at the stop.
After you pick up coolers rinse out and dry, don't forget to flush the valve, then store in a cool place like a finished basement
If you mix Gatorade the night before the run then store Gatorade bottles in the fridge it will stay cold longer.
You need to pick up at your stop the week before you drop off and get concentrate and cups from Yankee.
